LET THE POEM LIVE
The journey to /Echo all started with a previous performance poetry experiment 1 year earlier. Jesus Lopez's first attempt, Red, was scaled down and far less experimental, but it helped prove that poetry as a performance art, worked and worked well. From there, an ambitious and all together expressive journey began and eventually led to /Echo.
